1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Meridian Capital, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and complete identity verification (KYC) where required before withdrawals and full platform access.
3. Services
We offer automated ROI tier investments and copy trading with verified master traders. Market data and performance figures are informational; past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Deposits & withdrawals
Deposits may require proof and admin approval. Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts, available balance, KYC status, and review. Crypto sends must use wallets shown in your dashboard.
5. Risk
Investing in stocks, crypto, and leveraged products involves substantial risk of loss. You are responsible for decisions you make on the platform.
6. Account conduct
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the platform (fraud, abuse, circumvention of limits, or unlawful activity).
7. Referrals
Referral bonuses apply per program rules published in the dashboard. We may amend or end referral offers with notice where required.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Meridian Capital is not liable for indirect losses, market movements, or third-party service interruptions. Our liability is limited as allowed under applicable law.
